Jack Dwyer
Chief Executive Officer
Jack has invested globally across asset classes for ~20 years. He Founded Conduit Capital, an equities investment firm, which was acquired by Gyde Equities Limited, the parent company of Infusive, in 2023. He is on the Investment Committee of Infusive and a Board member of the US & UK entities. Jack lived in London for more than a decade where he worked for Soros Fund Management, a $30 billion family office and Pacific Point Partners, a private investment vehicle focused on asset management, technology and media. He has visited over 50 countries. Jack is a Young Global Leader of the Milken Institute and a member of NEXUS. He has an Economics (Social Science) degree from the University of Sydney and has completed the University of College London’s Blockchain Executive Education Programme.
Matthew Schopfer
Head of Research Team
Matthew is Head of Research, a member of the Investment Committee and on the Board of Infusive Asset Management Inc. He joined Infusive Asset Management in 2015 and leads global research and is responsible for portfolio decision making. He is based in New York. Matthew has extensive consumer experience, having worked at Catterton Partners, a $30 billion private equity firm exclusively focused on consumer opportunities. Before joining Catterton, Matthew worked in the investment bank at Citigroup. Specifically, he provided corporate finance and advisory services to global consumer businesses. Matthew has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.
Michael Willis
Senior Partner
Michael has worked in equities and derivatives for almost thirty years, including two decades in London. He has extensive experience across products in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. He has been involved in all aspects of the equities business including, sales, trading, risk management and compliance. Michael has been employed at investment banks and held senior roles in global equities. He was Co-Head of European Equities at MF Global, where he was for a decade, after joining as the second employee. During his period, the business grew to 150 employees. He led successful teams, implemented strategic plans and overseen significant revenue growth, across jurisdictions, within constantly evolving regulatory frameworks. Michael spent nine years at BTIG, focused on global equities, FX, derivatives and commodities, for institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers and long only investors. Michael has strong relationships across global markets. Prior to joining Infusive, he was a Senior Partner at Conduit Capital and was instrumental in building the business, before being acquired by Gyde Equities, the parent of Infusive Asset Management. Michael started his career on the floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales.
Alejandra Alemany
Chief Operating Officer
Alejandra has close to a decade of experience across operational functions in hedge funds. Her deep understanding of technology, counterparties, and various asset classes was gained at several firms across the UK and Europe, covering institutional and professional clients. Alejandra spent 5 years at Cantab Capital, a $4 billion, multi-asset, multi-fund, systematic firm – where she had broad responsibilities and firm wide engagement within the operations team. She then moved on as Operations Manager at rates macro firm, Alpstone, based in Switzerland, before being promoted to Deputy COO. Alejandra became Infusive’s COO in 2022 and serves on several leadership committees. She has a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Glasgow.
Vaughan Robinson
Chief Risk Officer & Head of Portfolio Analytics
Vaughan joined Infusive in 2023 as Chief Risk Officer. He has worked in the investment management industry since 2005 and the wider finance industry since 1999. He joined Bennelong Asset Management as their third employee, having worked with the founders at Standard Bank, initially as a quantitative analyst, then as CRO and more recently CFO. At its peak Bennelong had assets under management exceeding US$3 billion in hedge fund portfolios predominantly focussed on equities and equity derivatives. Vaughan has a BSc degree in Mathematics from Bath University, an MSc in Financial Mathematics from Oxford University, a BA degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the Open University and is a Fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Charles Lee
Head of Strategic Projects
Charles is an influential and highly engaged senior operations leader and qualified solicitor with 18+ years of professional experience. He offers a distinctive combination of business, strategic, and legal expertise that enables optimised productivity, costs, and business outcomes for both complex global organisations and early-stage enterprises. Charles worked at SSGA in London where he led multiple, high-profile projects, including its Brexit project and the restructuring of its French operations. He also worked for Man Group GLG across various businesses, Structured Products, AHL/MSS and Man’s multi manager platform. He has been the General Counsel for a large Australian corporate, ACFS and spent 4 years as a corporate lawyer at Walkers, focusing on hedge funds, private equity and M&A.
Robert Washington
Chief Compliance Officer
Robert Washington has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate, investment management, structuring and financing, across Europe, the US and New Zealand. As a fully qualified lawyer, he has held senior positions as COO, CLO, risk and compliance. Robert has worked for regulated firms and has been involved in corporate transactions, reverse takeovers and IPOs, for UBS, Credit Suisse, Nomura, Obligo Investment Management and Coimmvest. Robert has most recently been at Achernar Assets, the largest shareholder of Infusive Asset Management, in a senior leadership position. He has a LLB from Victoria University of Wellington.
Andrew Efimoff
Senior Research Analyst
Andrew is a Senior Research Analyst and a member of the Investment Committee at Infusive Asset Management. He is based in New York. Before joining Infusive in early 2022, Andrew served as an equity research Associate Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, a leading U.S. regional bank, where he covered the consumer/retail hardlines sector. In 2018, Andrew’s team was ranked #1 stock picker in the multiline retail sector by Thomson Reuters. Prior to KeyBanc, Andrew served in a variety of roles within the wealth management and financial media industries. Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.
Aidan O'Shea
Operations Analyst
Aidan graduated from the University of Leicester in 2018 with a First class honours in Financial Economics. He started his career at Canaccord Genuity before going travelling in early 2019. Upon his return, Aidan began working in Settlements at Alpha FX before joining Infusive in October 2022 as an Operations Analyst.
Luke Stammer
Research Analyst
Luke is a global research analyst who has lived in Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. Prior to joining Infusive, he covered equities across thematic buckets of technology, consumer, healthcare and the green revolution. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Sydney.
Andrew Gutenev
Research Analyst
Andrew is a global research analyst with a background in corporate restructuring. Prior to joining Infusive he covered equities across the consumer and commodities space. He has educational qualifications in finance and international business, and is fluent in Russian.
Kieran Kirosingh
Operations Analyst
Kieran graduated from the University of College London in 2021 studying History, Politics and Economics. Prior to joining Infusive as an Operations Analyst in June 2023, he worked in Operations at GAM Investments in 2020 and Netwealth Investments in 2021.
